DJ Herzo, of Angolan origin, is a DJ from the new generation based in Geneva, Switzerland.
Specialized in various genres such as Afrohouse, Afrobeat, Amapiano, and Hip-hop, he draws inspiration from the rich African culture, fascinated since a young age by rhythmical music conducive to dancing.
His DJ career began in 2015 in Geneva’s nightclubs, where he quickly gained experience. Driven by a genuine passion for music and turntables, DJ Herzo not only excels in technical skills but also as an entertainer, performing in top clubs in Geneva such as Bypass, Neuf Cent Onze, Point Bar Club, and Uptown.
After a series of successful performances in Geneva, DJ Herzo expands his influence by playing in prestigious Swiss clubs like MAD Club in Lausanne, Aura Club in Zurich, and even at the international « Afro Fusion » festival in Valais. He also showcases his talent abroad, making appearances in Belgium at Volt Club in Brussels and in France at Entrepôt Club in Montpellier.
In 2021, DJ Herzo demonstrates his desire to excel by releasing his single « Moove. »
In 2023, he collaborates with DJ Kalisboy for the single « Vibration. »
In 2024, he travels to Luanda, Angola, to shoot the music video for his single « Trepa no Pau » in collaboration with Black Júnior, Tchutchu Librinca, and DJ Kalisboy, artists symbolizing the new generation of Afro artists.
Through his musical works, DJ Herzo expresses his passion for music with beautiful tropical harmonies, leaving his mark on the contemporary musical landscape.
